BarcoBatch
Cookie Policy
This policy describes the browser storage used by BarcoBatch today.
Effective date:
Current storage
BarcoBatch stores the selected site locale in localStorage under the key barcodebatch-locale. This helps the site remember an explicit language choice in the same browser.
Tool content
Barcode, QR and Excel inputs are handled in browser memory for the tool session. They are not stored in cookies and are not uploaded to a BarcoBatch server.
Google advertising and consent storage
When Google AdSense is served it may use advertising cookies and similar identifiers. Google CMP may store consent records such as TCF choices. All four Consent Mode defaults are denied until an applicable consent mechanism updates them; a page view or preferences link does not grant consent. Selected vendors and exact storage details are provided by the configured Google message and provider policies.
Managing storage
You can clear localStorage and cookies through your browser settings. Clearing site data may remove your saved locale choice.
Cookie preferences
When Google CMP is available, the footer link reopens its consent message. If it cannot load or no message applies in your region, this policy remains accessible. Defaults remain denied until an applicable consent choice changes them; closing a message is not consent. You can clear site data in browser settings.
Language suggestion preference
If you dismiss a browser-language suggestion, BarcoBatch stores that choice in localStorage under the key barcodebatch-locale-suggestion-dismissed so the same suggestion is not shown again in that browser.
